The Salyvonky<\/strong> and Chervonensky Sugar Plants<\/strong> are key enterprises within the “Svitanok” structure. These plants specialize in processing sugar beets and producing high-quality sugar. Equipped with modern machinery and technology, they achieve high productivity and ensure a stable supply of sugar to the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our grain reception facilities<\/strong> specialize in receiving, drying, cleaning, and storing grain crops. These facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art grain cleaning machines and dryers. Continuous modernization of our HPPs ensures high efficiency and quality in grain storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flour mill complex<\/strong> of “Svitanok” processes grain into flour of various grades. Using leading equipment and technology, we produce premium-grade flour that meets all consumer standards and demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salyvonky Sugar Plant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

PJSC “Salyvonky Sugar Plant” is a modern enterprise that holds a leading position among sugar producers in Ukraine. Built in 1873, its history began then. In 1881, the plant burned down, but Countess Branitskaya rebuilt it two years later, increasing its capacity to 2,032 tons of sugar per season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first reconstruction took place in 1914, enabling the plant to process 1,090 tons of beets per day. By the 1940-1941 season, just before World War II, the plant achieved a capacity of 1,361 tons of beets per day. During the war, the plant was destroyed, and many of its workers became soldiers, with 74 receiving Soviet Union orders and medals.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Chervonensky Sugar Plant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The history of the Chervonensky Sugar Plant began in 1870. Founded by Count Grokholsky, it was soon acquired by sugar manufacturer Tereshchenko. The production season then lasted 99 days, and in 1881, the plant processed 215,473 poods of sugar raw materials. By 1936, its production capacity reached 1,200 metric centners. The plant received sugar beets from agricultural enterprises and private individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1957, the plant underwent modernization with the installation of a new lime kiln, diffusion battery, and steam engine, boosting its capacity to 2.5 times the pre-revolutionary level. New processing and purification workshops were built, along with a steam boiler and unloading system for beets from railway wagons. Automation replaced more than 200 workers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Chornorudka Grain Reception Facility was established in 2007 when the first stone was laid for its construction. Located in Chornorudka, Berdychiv District, the facility started accepting its first grain crops, including barley and wheat, in 2009. Initially, it had only 10 silos, each with a capacity of 5,000 tons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2011-2012, the construction of an additional 5 silos increased the grain capacity to 75,000 tons. By 2013-2014, 3 more silos were added, bringing the total capacity to 105,000 tons\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Fastiv Grain Reception Facility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Fastiv Grain Reception Facility was established in 1976 with the construction of a grain elevator with a capacity of 21.6 thousand tons. Between 1976 and 2013, the facility handled wheat, barley, rye, oats, buckwheat, peas, millet, corn, sunflower, and rapeseed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2013, the facility underwent reconstruction, adding 5 silos with a total capacity of 50,000 tons, along with a Dakota grain cleaning machine and a Sukup grain dryer with a capacity of up to 180 tons per hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2019, another reconstruction added 5 more silos with a capacity of 35,000 tons and new Dakota grain cleaning machines, as well as a Sukup dryer with a capacity of 120 tons per hour…<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Ustymivka Grain Reception Facility was founded in 1947. Initially, it had 11 grain warehouses with a total capacity of 25,000 tons. From 1947 to 2008, the facility handled wheat, barley, peas, rye, oats, sunflower, and corn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The facility was equipped with two DSP-32 grain dryers and BCS-100 and BCS-50 cleaning machines, capable of processing 350 tons of grain per day. It also had a separate corn dryer capable of drying 300 tons of ear corn per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
