The Ustymivka Grain Reception Facility was founded in 1947 and has since become one of the key grain storage hubs in the region. Initially, the facility housed 11 grain warehouses with a storage capacity of up to 25,000 tons. From its founding until 2008, it specialized in receiving and storing a wide range of agricultural crops, including wheat, barley, peas, rye, oats, sunflower, and corn.

The facility was equipped with DSP-32 grain dryers and BCS-100 and BCS-50 cleaning machines, which enabled it to handle up to 350 tons of grain per day. It also had a dedicated dryer for corn, capable of processing up to 300 tons of ear corn per day, ensuring efficient storage and processing of large volumes of this crop.

In 2007-2008, the facility underwent significant modernization, including the construction of 10 new silos and the installation of new cleaning machines capable of handling up to 120 tons of grain per hour. This greatly increased the facility’s throughput, allowing for faster and more efficient grain processing.

Between 2013 and 2016, the facility expanded further with the construction of a new seed treatment workshop and additional storage capacities for seed grain. As part of this expansion, 11 new silos with a capacity of 9,000 tons were built, along with another line of 6 silos, adding 60,000 tons of storage. A new grain dryer capable of processing up to 180 tons of grain per hour was also installed.

In 2020, the facility underwent another renovation, replacing the older “Dakota” cleaning machines with more modern and efficient “Olis” models, significantly improving the grain processing capacity.

Today, Ustymivka Grain Reception Facility is a modern and powerful complex for the storage and processing of grain crops. It can receive up to 3,000 tons of wheat, 2,000 tons of sunflower, and 4,000 tons of corn per day. With a total grain storage capacity of 120,000 tons, it is one of the largest elevator complexes in Ukraine, capable of providing high-quality storage for large volumes of grain crops.
